Shipping policy

Every Retro Vibes order is made to order: your piece is printed after you check out, not pulled off a shelf.

Production time

Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. During busy seasons or new collection drops, production can take a little longer — we will email you if your order is ever delayed beyond that window.

Delivery

Orders ship from the production facility closest to your delivery address. Transit time varies by carrier and destination; most US orders arrive within about a week of shipping, and shipping rates and any delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We currently ship within the United States.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email tracking information to the address you checked out with. If your tracking shows delivered but your package has not arrived, check with household members and your local post office first, then contact us at retrovibescompany@gmail.com or (251) 266-9472 and we will help track it down.
